SoTS Merit Scholarship
Recognition of scientific curiosity, independent thinking, and initiative demonstrated through work beyond the requirements for admission.
Demonstrated work
Consideration may draw on projects, publications, research activities, or sustained scientific engagement, within SoTS or elsewhere. We consider the student’s own contribution in the context of their age and program.
For middle-school students, engagement in the Physics Research Club may also provide evidence. Admission and scholarship decisions are separate; admission does not guarantee an award. Only a limited number of merit scholarships may be awarded each year.
Eligible programs
Merit scholarships provide tuition discounts of up to 50% for Research Labs and up to 30% for the physics programs listed below.
